TRYNO is a programmable community platform: structured spaces, course delivery, AI-assisted moderation, member intelligence, and a creator dashboard that surfaces what's happening across the tribe in real time.

Approach
- 01Define operator personas: creator, educator, micro-school, internal community lead.
- 02Architect the tribe data model — spaces, paths, signals, member states — before any UI.
- 03Build the operator dashboard first; the member experience is downstream of operator clarity.
- 04Ship the AI moderation layer as core, not as an add-on, so it shapes the product surface.
